What time are the check-in and check-out?

If you plan to stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Hawaii, note that check-in is at 4:00 in the afternoon while check-out is at 12 noon. This information comes in handy when planning your trip, so you'll know when to get in and pack up and save yourself time and getting charged extra bucks.

Does this resort offer facilities and activities kids would enjoy?

Kids will never go out of things to do at Hilton Waikoloa Village. Aside from the white, sandy beach the Kohala Coast offers, kids will dig the enormous waterfront swimming pool. The Kona pool boasts water slides and a rope bridge, to name a few.

The place also features ocean-fed saltwater lagoons where guests can enjoy the sight of families of tropical fish and turtles while snorkeling. Who can't resist seeing a sea turtle?! If your kids are into marine animals, you can check out the Dolphin Quest offered by the resort, where marine mammal experts guide you and your children on a safe, interactive experience with these lovable creatures.

Give some depth to the occasion by trying on cultural classes where they can learn about Hawaiian history, play the ukulele, learn the hula, and more.

Is there a self-service laundry area?

They do. This Hilton resort has coin laundry facilities in their Ocean Tower, now known as the Makai Tower, and Lagoon Tower, now named the Palace Tower. The coin laundry facility has both washing machines and dryers. They also accept credit cards in their coin and detergent dispensers.

How many restaurants does this resort have?

There are 9 restaurants to choose from in the Hilton Waikoloa Village resort, each one offering a different experience from the other. There are places to get your Big Island breakfast, have coffee, offer desserts, and so on. You can also choose which restaurant to dine in based on your budget and what building you are staying in. Check out the Lagoon Grill and check out a dolphin or two playing in the saltwater lagoon.

The Legends of Hawaii Luau is one of the most popular since they offer food and the complete Hawaii experience. They also have the Kona Tap Room for those who enjoy drinks such as craft beer.

What can we expect from the rooms?

Hilton Waikoloa resort's 1113 rooms are spacious and offer many amenities. Rooms are upgraded in furniture pieces, linens, and many other features. The rooms also give guests the best views of the resort.

The Makai faces the saltwater lagoon and is close to some popular amenities. At the same time, The Palace or Ocean Tower has a view of the crystalline Pacific Ocean and the luscious gardens and mountains. Some of their bathrooms are small though, so you have to consider your companions if you are sharing the room.

Will an overnight stay with Hilton Waikoloa Village be enough?

With the size of Hilton Waikoloa Village and the many activities they offer, an overnight stay will not be enough. If you have the budget to spend two or more nights, do so to make the most out of your visit to what is considered one of the best resorts in Hawaii.
